From West:
From Long Island Expressway: Go to Exit 52 Commack Road North. Take Commack Road to Daly Road (The Hamlet) and make a left. While on Daly Road, stay to the right, which turns into Larkfield Road.
From East:
From Long Island Expressway: Go to Exit 53 Commack Road North. Take Commack Road to Daly Road (The Hamlet) and make a left. While on Daly Road, stay to the right, which turns into Larkfield Road.
From Northern State Parkway (East or West): Go to Exit 43 Commack Road North (make a left off parkway exit ramp). Take Commack Road to Daly Road (The Hamlet) and make a left. While on Daly Road, stay to the right, which turns into Larkfield Road.
From Jericho Turnpike: The office is 2/10 South of Jericho Turnpike.

From points East and West:
From Long Island Expressway: Go to Exit 53 S Sagtikos Parkway, South. Take to the end, staying right which turns into Southern State Parkway West. Take Exit 40 for Robert Moses State Parkway South, toward Ocean Beaches. Take to Exit RM1W, Sunrise Highway/27 West to Exit 40S, Route 231. Take Route 231 South to the end and make a left on 27A. The office is approximately 1/4 mile on the right side.
From Sunrise Highway: Take Sunrise Highway East to exit 40 toward Route 231/Babylon/Northport. Stay straigh on Sunrise Highway service road and take the NY 231 South ramp toward Babylon. Merge on to Route 231 South (Babylon/Northport Expressway). Keep left at the fork to continue on Route 231 South (Babylon/Northport Expressway). Turn left on Route 27A East. The office will be on the right side.
