From West:
Long Island Expressway to Exit 53N or Northern State Parkway to Exit 45, or Southern State Parkway to Exit 41A. Take Sagtikos-Sunken Meadow Parkway North to Exit SM3E-Jericho Turnpike East. Continue along Jericho Turnpike about 5 miles to the overpass of the LIRR. Just pass the overpass, make a left at the traffic light onto Route 25A North (at the Smithtown Bull). The hospital will be one mile up on the left side of the road.
From East:
Follow the above directions (from "West") to Sagtikos-Sunken Meadow Parkway North or take Route 25A/Route 25 West through Smithtown to the junction of Route 25 and Route 25A (Smithtown Bull). Bear right at the traffic light and drive North on 25A for approximately one mile. The hospital will be on your left side.
