Dr. Dowling is a board-eligible orthopedic surgeon in Commack, NY with advanced fellowship training in spine surgery. He has undergone extensive and comprehensive training through his combined orthopedic and neurosurgical spine fellowship at the University of Southern California Spine Center. He has expertise in both surgical and non-surgical treatment options for all neck and back disorders. He has a special interest and clinical focus in minimally invasive surgical techniques and both fusion and non-fusion procedures.
Dr. Dowling believes in educating the patient about their condition and treatment options so that they may make an informed decision regarding their care.
