Dr. Sanelli is a board-certified specialist in physical medicine, rehabilitation, pain medicine, and electrodiagnostic medicine. With extensive fellowship training in interventional spine care, he offers non-surgical solutions for spinal and musculoskeletal pain.

In addition, he has undergone extensive fellowship training in non-operative interventional spine care. Education + Training
Dr. Sanelli earned his undergraduate degree at St. John’s University before achieving his medical degree from The Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine Athens, Ohio. From there, he completed his residency at New York University School of Medicine-Rusk Institute, along with a rigorous fellowship program at the Florida Spine Institute.
Once his education was complete, Dr. Sanelli established himself as a leading pain management physician in Long Island specializing in treating the full range of spinal conditions that affect his patients – including chronic back pain, arthritis, disc herniation, scoliosis, sciatica, deformities, and more.
