  • Retirement Program: After you have completed one year of employment, LISS contributes a percentage of your salary to your 401K, which varies year to year. All employees working over 1000 hours are eligible to enroll. Open enrollment is conducted in January and July. The maximum contribution is the lesser of 100 percent of your salary or $19,000.00 for 2019, with a catch-up available for employees over 50 years of age in the amount of $6,000.00
