Please note: We are participating in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Emblem Health (GHI and HIP), New York State Health Insurance Plan (NYSHIP), New York State Workers Comp (NYS WC), No-Fault Injury, Oxford Health Plans, and United Healthcare insurance plans. As of 10/1/2019, we will no longer accept Healthcare Partners (HCP). Any patients having this insurance plan need to touch base with their carriers to obtain information about alternative providers.
