Please note: We are participating in-network with United Healthcare & Oxford Health Plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Emblem Health (GHI and HIP), New York State Health Insurance Plan (NYSHIP), New York State Workers Comp (NYS WC), No-Fault Injury, and Aetna insurance plans. As of 10/1/2019 we will no longer accept Healthcare Partners HCP. Any patients having this insurance plan needs to touch base with their carriers to obtain information about alternative providers. We apologize for the inconvenience.
